Class ElasticsearchMappingConflictException
java.lang.Object
java.lang.Throwable
java.lang.Exception
java.lang.RuntimeException
java.lang.IllegalStateException
io.meeds.analytics.elasticsearch.model.ElasticsearchMappingConflictException
- All Implemented Interfaces:
Serializable
Raised when Elasticsearch refuses a bulk because it cannot parse a document
against the mapping its index holds — most often because a value does not
match the type the write index has for its field, which means the mapping
view the documents were built against is stale: the write index acquired a
type the view does not know yet, typically right after a weekly rollover
(EXO-90504). The caller re-reads the view and retries the refused documents
once.
The engine reports other parsing refusals with the same error type, the field-limit refusal among them, and those no re-read can fix; the caller throttles its re-reads for that reason.
