The mail queue the platform sends from (EMAIL_QUEUE), reached through Spring Data so that a digest email is queued in the very transaction that claims its occurrence. The legacy QueueMessage.put writes the same table through the kernel EntityManager, in a transaction of its own: two commits, and a crash between them would lose the occurrence.
