An HTTP request.

Accessing Query Parameters and Cookie

Unlike the Servlet API, a query string is constructed and decomposed by QueryStringEncoder and QueryStringDecoder. Cookie support is also provided separately via CookieDecoder, ClientCookieEncoder, and @ServerCookieEncoder.
