A binder for ContextSensitiveProviders.

For example, to bind a custom logger provider, you can write this inside AbstractModule.configure():

 ContextSensitiveBinder.create(binder())
         .bind(CustomLogger.class)
         .toContextSensitiveProvider(CustomLoggerProvider.class);
