extends PrintWriter

This class is like a StringBuilder but it also pretends to be a PrintWriter. The class existed long before I added PrintWriter cababilities. I did look at the PrintWriter code but any code in this class should be a derivative product. If I copied and/or emulated any technique from PrintWriter, be assured that I give them full credit. I believe at all times the usage was small enough to be covered under "fair use". But to remove any doubt, the comments in question have been deleted.
