Constructs a new TZlibTransport instance.

Parameters:

transport - the underlying transport to read from and write to

Constructs a new TZlibTransport instance.

Parameters:

transport - the underlying transport to read from and write to

compressionLevel - 0 for no compression, 9 for maximum compression
