user - The author of the content.

lang - The language of the content.

workspace - The workspace name which contains the content.

json - The format of the returned data.

Returns:

List of content.

toState

tostate - The destination state of the content.

user - The author of the content.

lang - The language of the content.

workspace - The workspace name which contains the content.
