equals

Indicates if both fields are equal. For this to be true, they must either be both null or return true to the Object.equals(Object) method.

Parameters:

source - The source field.

target - The target field.

Returns:

True if both fields are equals.

getJavaMajorVersion

Parses the "java.version" system property and returns the first digit of the version number of the Java Runtime Environment (e.g. "1" for "1.3.0").
