Default implementation of addConnectionFactories(ConnectionFactoryConfigurer, Environment). Implemented as a no-op, adding no connection factories.

environment - The Spring environment, useful for fetching application credentials needed to create a ConnectionFactory instance.

getUserIdSource

Default implementation of getUserIdSource(). Returns null, indicating that this configuration class doesn't provide a UserIdSource (another configuration class must provide one, however).
