Version info for adapters and for third party SDKs.

VersionInfo(int majorVersion, int minorVersion, int microVersion)

Creates a new VersionInfo object that will contain the version of an rtb adapter or third party SDK.

int	getMajorVersion() Gets the major version.
int	getMicroVersion() Gets the micro version.
int	getMinorVersion() Gets the minor version.
String	toString() Returns a semantic versioning string of this object with the format `majorVersion.minorVersion.microVersion`.
