Administrators can manage users accounts and activities with actions, such as editing, banning, removing bans, or deleting.
Select a category that you want to edit.
Select Administration --> Manage Users from the drop-down menu.
The Manage Users form will appear.
Details:
Field Description Email The email address of user who has subscribed this subscription. Banned This field has two values:
- False
The user is allowed to get email.
- True
The user is not allowed to get email.
Ban this user from receiving emails. 
Remove a ban on a user. 
Delete the user. Click Close to close the form.
