SPNEGOFilter	Filter is needed because when fallback to FORM authentication, we don't need to redirect request to /dologin, which is secured URI, but we need to go directly to /initiatelogin without going again through Tomcat authenticator.
SSOInterceptor	SSOInterceptor is actually filter, which can be configured through exo kernel
SSOInterceptorInitializationContext	Context, which encapsulates all initialization configuration about SSOInterceptor and is able to recognize whether interceptor was initialized through exo kernel or through Servlet API (old way)
