To activate this your web.xml have to be configured like: org.exoplatform.frameworks.web.common.StandaloneContainerInitializedListener You may also specify an URL to the configuration.xml stored the configuration for StandaloneContainer as servlet's init parameter called 'org.exoplatform.container.standalone.config'
